You will take a boat to the Ha Long Bay. Known as an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, Ha Long Bay is about 600 mile square with over 3,600 limestone islets on its turquoise water.

You will visit the Tan Dinh Church (Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus). This picturesque pink church was built in 1876 under the French colonial rule. During transfer, you will see the famous Dragon Bridge across the Han River.

You will visit to the famous water village of My Tho by the Mekong River Delta. You will take a boat ride on the Mekong River, to take a glimpse into the unique agrarian life in the neighborhood.

You will head to Cu Chi, a rural district known for the Cu Chi Tunnels. It is an intricate network of connected tunnels that provided a military site for hiding Viet Cong soldiers during the Vietnam War.

Day01 Arrive Ha Noi

Upon arrival to Hanoi International Airport, a representative of Amaztravel will bring you to the hotel (hours of shuttle operation 9:00AM-10:00PM). Your local tour guide will greet you at the airport with a welcome sign and assist you with the hotel check in. Today is a free day for you to enjoy the city at your own leisure, and you may arrange your lunch and dinner at your favorite local restaurant.

Day02 Ha Noi - Halong Bay

After breakfast, we will start our wonderful journey with visiting the One Pillar Pagoda, the most iconic temple in Vietnam. In 1049, the emperor built the One Pillar Pagoda to express his gratitude toward the Avalokiteshvara. You will continue the day to visit the Ba Dinh Square. This square was where the highly revered leader, Ho Chi Minh, read the Declaration of Independence announcing the establishment of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam in 1945. You will learn more about the history of the country as we explore the stilt house and the museum in Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. After lunch, you will transfer to the Ha Long Bay. Known for its emerald water and the scenic limestone island, Ha Long Bay is one the eight greatest wonders in the world.

Day03 Halong Bay - Ha Noi

After breakfast, you will head to the pier to take a boat to the Ha Long Bay and its islands (Duration of 4 hours; additional cost will apply for extended stay). Known as an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, Ha Long Bay is about 600 mile square with over 3,600 limestone islets on its turquoise water. You may enjoy your lunch in the scenic views. In the afternoon, you will transfer back to Ha Noi, and visit the Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, where you will stroll on the 36 Ancient Commercial Street. In this district, you will find numerous traditional shops hidden in the narrow streets. The streets are named after the merchandises sold: Hang Giay (Shoes street), Hang Đao (Silk street), and Hang Dieu (Tobacco street) just to name a few. We will also visit the Ngoc Son Temple (Temple of the Jade Mountain).

Day04 Ha Noi - Da Nang

After breakfast, you will take the flight to Da Nang and check into the hotel. Today is a free day for you to enjoy the city at your own leisure, and you may arrange your dinner at your favorite local restaurant.

Day05 Da Nang - Hoi An - Da Nang

After breakfast, you will visit the Tan Dinh Church (Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus). This picturesque pink church was built in 1876 under the French colonial rule. During transfer, you will see the famous Dragon Bridge across the Han River. You will arrive to the Son Tra Mountain and visit the Non Nuoc Pagoda. This pagoda is located on top of a hill where travelers will see the ocean surrounding. Then we will proceed to the Cam Nam Island on the Thu Bon River. The river is known for the rural scenery and the nipa palms found abundantly along the river. As you ride the basketboat on the river, you will see many houses built with nipa palm leaves by the locals in the rural village. We will continue our tour to the Ancient Town in Hoi An, which is recognized as a World Heritage by UNESCO since 1999.

Day06 Da Nang

Today is a free day for you to enjoy the city at your own leisure. You can visit the famous My Khe Beach, which is the closest beach by the city center and one of the most popular tourist attractions in Da Nang. For dinner, we recommend shopping in the seafood market where you can find various fresh seafood.

Day07 Da Nang - Ho Chi Minh City

After breakfast, our guide will assist you to transfer to the airport, where you will depart on your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. A representative of Amaztravel will greet you at the airport and assist with the hotel check in. Today is a free day for you to enjoy the city at your own leisure, and you may arrange your lunch and dinner at your favorite local restaurant.

Day08 Ho Chi Minh City - My Tho - Ho Chi Minh City

After breakfast, you will visit the Thien Hau Temple. You will proceed to the famous water village of My Tho by the Mekong River Delta. You will take a boat ride on the Mekong River, which is the longest river in South East Asia, to take a glimpse into the unique agrarian life in the neighborhood. On the Tarzan Island, you will enjoy the vivid performance and stroll on the largest orchard in the country. You will have the chance to ride on a canoe to experience the beauty of Vietnamese waters. After lunch, the journey continues with a visit to Vinh Trang Temple. Built more than century ago, this Buddhist architecture is one of the most iconic symbol in the city. We will return to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon to visit the Reunification Palace, a landmark of Saigon. After visiting Saigon Central Post Office, Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Headquarters, and the Saigon Municipal Opera House, you enjoy a traditional Vietnamese dinner.

Day09 Ho Chi Minh City

After breakfast, you will head to Cu Chi, a rural district known for the Cu Chi Tunnels. It is an intricate network of connected tunnels that provided a military site for hiding Viet Cong soldiers during the Vietnam War. Within the tunnel, you will also find different compartments designated as hospital, resting area, weapon storage, and more. We will then return to Ho Chi Minh for lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit the War Remnants Museum, which used to be the US Military Intelligence Agency. The museum is one of the five greatest museums in the country, storing numerous pictures and remnants of the historical war. You will then explore the Pham Nug Lao Street (Backpacker Street), named after the national hero, Pham Nug Lao. Within in the district, you will find various shops for souvenirs and local foods. You may arrange your dinner at your favorite local restaurant.

Day10 Ho Chi Minh City - Home City (Service End)

After breakfast, our guide will assist you to transfer to the airport, where you will depart on your flight back home as you conclude your marvelous journey.
